It is hosted by the Richmond Olympics Society and the Richmond United Football Club. The tournament takes place at Hugh Boyd Complex (corner of #1 Road & Francis Road) in Richmond, BC.

The format of this tournament is similar to the World Cup, grouping players by ethnic backgrounds and countries of origin.
